Terms and Conditions Acceptance of Terms and Conditions 

By signing up and paying for membership you agree that you have received these terms and conditions and our privacy policy.

GINWA confirms that no illegal or harmful services/products are offered on its website.

BY USING THE WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS AGREEMENT AND THE WEBSITE PRIVACY POLICY AS IF YOU HAD SIGNED THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT AND THE WEB SITE PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DISCONTINUE USE OF THIS WEBSITE. 

Membership Cancellation & Refund Policy 

Membership can be cancelled after the 180 day waiting period. Request for cancellation must be in writing and received not later than 30 days prior to intended termination date. Refunds will be credited back to the original card used for payment. Please email cancellation request to: cancel- info@ginwa.org.  

Waiting Period.

There will be a one year waiting period before all benefits kick in. 

Privacy Policy

We respect the confidential nature of the information entrusted to us, and where you provide us with your personal data (“data”) we will ensure that the data will be held securely, in confidence and processed for the purpose of carrying out our services. In order to provide services we may need to share such data to partners who are performing some of the services for you, who may also contact you directly. All your information submitted to us is kept private and confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless disclosure is necessary. i.e. 

1. Comply with a court order or other legal process 

2. Protect our rights/property, your rights/property or a third party’s rights or property, or 3. Enforce our Terms of Use. 

We use reasonable efforts to secure your personal information but cannot guarantee that no unauthorized third party will gain access to your personal information.

 We reserve the right, at any time, to add to, update, modify or otherwise change this Privacy policy. Any such addition, update, modification or other change will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Please review this page periodically to be aware of our current terms.
